Best organised running event I’ve ever been to. (Other than marathons). The care, dedication, effort and planning gone into this event is very clear! Very impressed

Great atmosphere, well organised, challenging but rewarding, good selection at the aid stations, would definitely encourage others to enter.

Such a well organised race and the marshalling was the best ever , friendly and helpful. It’s a good start time as it enables competitors to be properly fuelled without getting up half way through the night , also allowing families to come along and support. The medals are beautifully designed and very pleasing that they were different from last years a lot of thought has gone into these. Another thing , to have a Piper to encourage you up Hardys hill is pretty special

A very well organised event with excellent support and all the marshals were superb. Every year we get to the end and say "that was tough and we can't do that again", but I know we will be back next year.

Loved the funny phrases and notes scattered around the course, get unique touch.

Amazing event from start to finish. Can’t fault it one bit. Marshals and aid station were brilliant.
